Objective

Sigholm is now looking for additional management consultants at the beginning of their career. As a management consultant, you work in close collaboration with Sigholm's customers, often on site in their operations. By getting to know people, processes and facilities in depth, you get a good overview of the companies and the industry's challenges. This makes you a better advisor, problem solver and change manager, which ensures that you develop long-term sustainable solutions adapted to the customers' conditions and context. You also work closely and together with your colleagues, system developers and energy engineers, to deliver holistic solutions to customers.  

You will work on a wide range of issues, from strategic to operational, depending on your interest, experience and skills. It can be about business models, process development or digitalization. You will immediately be given great responsibility in leading and driving your assignments, with the knowledge that you always have the company's collective experience, processes and expertise to support you. Thanks to the commitment and expertise Sigholm puts down and creates with its customers, there are often far-reaching collaborations that extend over a longer period of time.

Areas of responsibility

As a management consultant, your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Customer interaction and relationships: Work closely with customers to understand their needs, challenges and business objectives. Create and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • In-depth analysis: By getting to know companies' processes, personnel and facilities thoroughly, develop an in-depth understanding of their business and industry challenges.
  • Consulting and problem solving: Act as an advisor and problem solver for clients by providing customized solutions for their needs and context.

  • Change management: Lead clients through change processes and ensure that the implementation of solutions is sustainable in the long term.

  • Collaboration and teamwork: Work closely with colleagues, including system developers and energy engineers, to create and deliver end-to-end solutions to clients.

  • Breadth of issues: Manage and work on different types of assignments, from strategic to operational, depending on interest, experience and skills. This may include work with business models, process development and digitalization.

  • Responsibility and project management: Take responsibility for leading and running assignments with the support of the company's experience, processes and expertise. Take initiative and manage responsibility for successful project execution.

  • Long-term partnerships: Work to create commitment and expertise with customers to build long-term partnerships that extend over a longer period of time.

To succeed in the role, we believe that you:

Are a communicative and curious person who likes to drive your own work. You enjoy having many contacts and are happy to share thoughts and experiences with your colleagues. You have a great technical interest and want to be able to influence and participate in important change issues that make a difference for individuals and society through your work. Since the customers can be located in several places in Sweden, some traveling is required in the role.

You have a relevant education, preferably in technology, energy, economics and/or management. You will either graduate in 2024 or have a few years of experience. The start of the position is August 2024.
