Yvonne Ruwaida sitter i DSO Entitys expertgrupp i framtagningen av förslaget kring ny nätkod för "Demand Response", eller decentraliserad flexibilitet. Hon sitter även med i förhandlingen med ENSTO-E. Nätkoden syftar till att förenkla marknads-access, sätta principer för marknadsdesign, facilitera standardisering och förenkla samarbetet mellan TSO/DSO kring regler för informations- och dataöverföring. Alltså regelverket för hur styrbara resurser i nätet ska kunna bidra med sin flexibilitet. För även om flexibilitet inte är något nytt, vilket Yvonne understryker, kommer den här nätkoden att sänka trösklarna för alla de resurser som kan vara med och bidra till stabilitet i näten.
