Miljöpartiet vill satsa 100 miljarder över 10 år på energi- och infrastruktur projekt och menar att staten bör ta lån för att snabba på utvecklingen av både infrastruktur- och energiomställning. Uppfattningen är att skillnaden mellan dagens regering och Miljöpartiet är avgrundsdjup. Det behövs inte kapacitetsmarknader utan incitament för att stimulera lokal produktion och energieffektivisering.
