Sigholm acts as an advisor and project manager in connection with Stockholm Exergi’s procurement of new Facility Management (FM) contracts. In order to develop a new contract and tender documentation in line with the industry standard AFF (Agreements for Property Management), a thorough review is required of the current service delivery, the future delivery vision, areas for development, and the stakeholders and parts of the organisation affected by the services. This comprehensive work results in a set of requirements and a contract that aligns with Stockholm Exergi’s ambitions for upcoming FM contracts concerning their critical facilities and operations.
Sigholm will also provide advisory support during the implementation of these contracts.
