Objective

One of the energy industry's most committed and competent leaders is now looking for support in continuing to drive sustainable development in Sweden and creating more structure in his everyday life. Your primary responsibility is to assist this person and the business as a whole in prioritizing and managing important tasks while taking care of everyday administrative tasks, such as managing mail, calendar, bookings and meeting minutes. The role will also involve organizing our internal business system as well as financial management and receipt administration. In addition, you will participate in meetings to support and drive follow-up activities. As this is a new role with us, you will also have the opportunity to shape this role yourself according to business needs, and set up structure and processes for your work.

In addition to your daily tasks, there is room for you to manage your own development and learning within the company. Your interest and previous skills may influence the design of the role and additional tasks. Areas of responsibility

As an operations coordinator, your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Prioritizing and managing important tasks: Organizing and prioritizing daily tasks and projects to ensure efficiency and progress.
  • Administrative tasks: Managing and filtering emails, scheduling meetings, bookings and taking meeting minutes.
  • Organizing internal business systems: Responsible for organizing and maintaining the internal business system to ensure smooth operation and availability for users.
  • Financial management and receipt administration: Supporting financial matters, including the management of receipts and administration of financial documents.
  • Attending meetings: Attending meetings to support this person, noting and reminding the following actions and activities to ensure they are followed up.
  • Independent development and learning: Take the initiative to develop your skills and knowledge to grow within the company, based on your interests and previous competencies.

To succeed in the role, we know that you:

Have worked with administrative support in some form before. We believe that you have very high organizational skills and thrive in a changing environment. You are a communicative person, who develops and is driven by initiative and has no problem making decisions to move forward in your work. In addition, you are an experienced computer user who can easily familiarize yourself with new systems.
